Why ACE?
RUTH YouthBuild provides individuals ages 16 – 24 the opportunity to receive a high school diploma, job training, and leadership development. The academic and leadership skills gained through the program equip individuals with the knowledge to pursue their career goals and to become a positive force for change in the San Fernando Valley.

Benefits
ACE works closely with the local high schools, probation department, and other community agencies in supporting alternative programming for individuals.
YouthBuild provides counseling, supportive services, referrals for substance abuse, gang intervention/prevention, mentoring and anger management classes in a supportive and safe environment.
Provides foundational education and training in the construction field while developing individuals’ soft skills for interviewing and future career employment.
